Centrifuge tubes, a small container commonly found in laboratories, are carefully combined with tube bodies and lids, and are designed for the fine separation of liquids or substances. The tube bodies are of various shapes, either cylindrical or conical, with a sealed bottom to ensure no leakage, an open top for easy filling, a smooth inner wall to ensure smooth flow, and intimate markings for precise operation. The matching lid can tightly seal the tube mouth, effectively preventing the splashing of samples during centrifugation.

With the assistance of centrifugal technology, centrifuge tubes have become masters of separation, and can accurately peel off complex components such as solid particles, cells, organelles, proteins, etc., one by one, and finally present pure target samples. In addition, it is also an indispensable assistant in the field of chemical analysis.

The operation process of using centrifuge tubes is simple and clear: first, slowly inject the liquid to be separated into the tube in an appropriate amount (usually one-third to two-thirds of the capacity of the centrifuge tube); then, quickly and firmly cover the lid to ensure sealing; finally, place the loaded centrifuge tube firmly in the centrifuge, start the centrifugation program, and wait for it to complete the task of efficient separation.
