The Structure and Use of Centrifuge Tube

Centrifuge tubes, a small container commonly found in laboratories, are carefully combined with tube bodies and lids, and are designed for the fine separation of liquids or substances. The tube bodies are of various shapes, either cylindrical or conical, with a sealed bottom to ensure no leakage, an open top for easy filling, a smooth inner wall to ensure smooth flow, and intimate markings for precise operation. The operation process of using centrifuge tubes is simple and clear: first, slowly inject the liquid to be separated into the tube in an appropriate amount (usually one-third to two-thirds of the capacity of the centrifuge tube); then, quickly and firmly cover the lid to ensure sealing; finally, place the loaded centrifuge tube firmly in the centrifuge, start the centrifugation program, and wait for it to complete the task of efficient separation.
